Privacy policy

What we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have. Plain English.

1. What we collect

  • Public wallet address you sign in with.
  • On-chain trade and position events (already public on Polygon).
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics (page views, route timings).
  • Email address and TOTP secret if you opt into notifications or admin features.

2. What we don't collect

  • No KYC. Fundari is non-custodial.
  • No private keys, seed phrases, or signed transactions outside what is needed to place a trade.
  • No tracking pixels from advertising networks.

3. How we use your information

To operate the platform, resolve markets, prevent abuse and send you the notifications you opted into. We never sell or rent your data. We don't use your data to train ML models that aren't directly product-improving.

4. Subprocessors

Vercel (web hosting), AWS (backend), Cloudflare (CDN + WAF), Datadog (logs), Resend (email). Each has its own privacy commitment; we review them annually.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your account-level data at any time by emailing privacy@fundari.trade. On-chain trade history is public and cannot be deleted from the blockchain.

6. Retention

Server logs are retained for 30 days. Email and 2FA secrets are retained for the lifetime of your account or until you delete them. Aggregated analytics are kept indefinitely in anonymized form.
